Our furnaces, which are capable of dosing the desired amount of liquid aluminum in grams to the Metal Injection presses, are the most technological solution of the industry today. Our dosing furnaces provide high occupational safety and energy savings by reducing the contact of operators with liquid metal to almost zero with closed loop. Thanks to the precise pressure control of the desired gram weight, the transfer of aluminum to the press slot with zero contact is ensured without using a ladle, thus eliminating the energy losses and occupational accident risks caused by the open transport of the liquid metal with the ladle. Energy saving and environmentally friendly operation can be achieved by using high standard products in the insulation of furnaces. All process parameters can be recorded with the user-friendly native Scada software.
